An acquaintance had surgery here, and it turned out so natural that you couldn’t even tell they had it done, so I followed and had surgery there too. At the time, I got quotes from a few places, and this was the most expensive. Their direction was absolutely safety and naturalness. I wanted to do only the nasal tip, but they strongly recommended silicone, saying I wouldn’t get the result I wanted without putting silicone in my nose, so I had 3.8 mm silicone inserted. For the nasal tip, we had originally planned to use both septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but they said when they opened the nose, it seemed possible with septal cartilage, so they used only septal cartilage. Also, because of safety, this hospital doesn’t do the entire nose surgery under sedation; they briefly put you under sedation and then continue the rest under local anesthesia. So near the end, I could feel all the surgical sensations and it hurt so much In the middle, they showed me a mirror and asked if I liked it, and they also called in the guardian who came with me to check, but honestly I was out of it, in pain, and scared, so I couldn’t really check properly. Still, I don’t think you need to worry about proxy surgery. Anyway, it’s been about 6 years since surgery, and I have no side effects at all, but I’m looking into revision surgery because of the shape... The silicone goes up above the starting point of my eyes, so my whole nose looks too long The doctor doesn’t really seem to have an outstanding aesthetic sense. Also, this is an issue with my own tissue quality, but my nasal tip has dropped a lot, so my nose looks long like an arrow nose Anyway, it’s not a hospital that does surgery in the currently trendy style, but if you prioritize safety above all else, I recommend it!
