Nose surgery I had 10 years ago. After I bumped it and the silicone at the nasal tip snapped, my nose gradually became shorter and more upturned, which was a complex for me, so I had revision surgery for cosmetic purposes to lower the nose. The best outcome would be lowering the shortened nose while making it look pretty. I explained to the director what I was aiming for, but since lowering the nose was the priority, I was told that the nasal bridge could become lower than it is now. I still have a splint on the nasal bridge, and I haven't seen the director since the surgery, so I can't know in detail, but the upturned-nose feeling seems to have mostly disappeared.. I plan to write another review later
