Honestly, what scared me the most before getting nose surgery was... people saying the nasal tip drops over time I had heard that a lot here and there, so I was a bit worried about nose surgery When I asked the consultant, she said the director is not the type to shave down too much cartilage or fix it weakly, so almost no one comes back because the nasal tip collapsed.. hahaha I trusted that and got it done My nose surgery turned out satisfyingly well because I had a bulbous nose + hump nose + arrow-shaped nose, so my nose was ^^.. really hopeless.... But the D-Day director picked up exactly the parts I wanted and did my nose surgery well I like it.. The time spent looking into nose surgery and going around for consultations is honestly really a hassle, that's true. But.. without that process.. if you just blindly get surgery I've seen a lot of failed cases.. so please.. make sure to research well and get surgery!!
