I got mine through a referral because the breasts of a competitor who entered a bikini competition with me looked so pretty. Now, at 2 months post-op, I can do heavy-weight workouts, my breasts are a full D cup, and they feel extremely soft. You can return to exercise after one month. A lot of pro bikini competitors have really had theirs done here. There was almost no pain.
