Don’t you think my before-and-after nose surgery was such a success? I can’t believe I had a nose like this in me. I had surgery for my short, low nose by using ear cartilage for the bridge, tip, and columella, plus alar reduction surgery. I couldn’t even imagine in my head whether such a high, large nose would suit me, and even now it still feels a little awkward sometimes, but I don’t even want to look at my pre-surgery photos anymore.
