I thought this would make the comparison easier..... Actually, it’s been quite a while since I had my nose surgery. Even when people around me said you really have to be careful with nose surgery, my mindset was like, so what... I know my own nose, how would you know ㅡㅡ. I stuck to my own opinion, went around for consultations, and had the nose surgery. Looking back now, I really think I was lucky to have had it done well by a highly experienced director.. A lot of first surgeries fail because people can’t choose the material or nose shape the way they want and end up doing a revision, right? I went to the clinic after reading reviews, and during the consultation I learned that the director had a lot of experience. Since I was recommended only the procedures I truly needed without any over-treatment, I think that’s why I’ve been able to get by without any issues until now.. If you look at my pre-op photos, I had quite a severe hump and my nostril wings were also on the wide side, you know? In person, it was the kind of nose where all you could see was my nose... So I had osteotomy for the hump and alar reduction at the same time. Honestly, right after surgery in the very early stage, I liked the fact that the hump was gone even more!! Maybe it was because the swelling was concentrated in the nasal tip back then.. They say hump correction can fail if done wrong because it can create a step-off, but for me there was no excessive look and no step-off at all. Once the hump was gone, my impression definitely changed from masculine to feminine ㄷㄷ... And as time passed, I liked the alar reduction more and more.... First of all, I don’t need to contour my nose, and since my nose became smaller and more delicate, it feels like it suits my overall face better? The change in my nose was bigger than I expected, so even friends who used to ask why I was doing it now say I did the right thing Some friends also asked where I had it done.. But since plastic surgery needs to be decided carefully, I just gave them advice and told them to get consultations themselves before deciding! For reference, alar reduction is not something everyone should automatically get.. It should be done by people whose problem is the >>alar width<<, like me! Otherwise, it can look pinched and make the nose shape worse, so I hope you consult with highly experienced directors and decide carefully.
