One-week review of quick buried double eyelid surgery at ㅇㄹㅈ

Hi ^^ When I was looking for info about this clinic in the community, there weren’t any photo reviews, so I had a hard time digging through blog reviews. Thinking back on that past version of me, I’m leaving a detailed review. Thanks, community - Why I chose the clinic I went to about 5-6 places in person, and I liked the line they designed for me the most. I thought their aesthetic sense was good. However, I was a little anxious because of reviews mentioning asymmetry and a strong fixed feeling. The director felt like an uncle, was cheerful, and I liked that he was the only one who asked whether I wear makeup and consulted while considering how my eyes look when I have makeup on. He did push the in-out line a bit, but I liked that line. And I thought the price was fairly reasonable. The 5-year AS is good. (I think it used to be 10 years, but seems to have been reduced to 5.) The clinic doesn’t really advertise, but there were still people continuously getting surgery there, so I thought it would probably be okay This sounds like I’m praising the clinic too much, but it’s not like “this clinic is the best!” It’s more compared with other plastic surgery clinics. When comparing!! It seemed the closest fit to my standards - Cost They said there was nothing else, only a cash discount. They took 200,000 won off - Double eyelids I wanted A thin line like YouTuber Kim Movie and model Choi Sora. Absolutely not a thick in-out line, and definitely natural - Day of surgery Honestly, I don’t remember well.. I got surgery instructions from the consultant, washed my face -> line design -> moved to the operating room -> lay on the bed, heard the instructions, and they disinfected my whole face with red antiseptic. They stuck something like stickers on my face -> After lying there for a bit, the director appeared, checked the line one more time with something like forceps, and then immediately did anesthesia (he told me anesthesia was starting) They only did local anesthesia, and I think it was 3 shots in the eyelid area and 2 shots on the inner side of the eye, but it hurt like crazy and I teared up The surgery ended really quickly. The feeling of the thread being pulled was scary, and whenever one eye was finished or he was doing another step(?), the director kept making small talk to help me relax After he finished stitching one eye, I blinked, then he did the next eye, and after I blinked again when everything was finished, he checked while I blinked again, and I came out of the operating room Right after surgery, there was a tight feeling as if the threads were lifting my eyelids, and the pain from the anesthesia was shocking, so I don’t really remember how I came out. I vaguely heard some explanation and received a prescription I got antibiotic eye drops and oral medication. No ointment Then I went to Lotteria and ate a hamburger lol I had surgery on Monday, and on Thursday I went to my convenience store part-time job wearing clear horn-rimmed glasses with only the frame. Everyone was surprised and asked why I had so little swelling Even so, there was enough swelling to tell I’d had double eyelid surgery, but it was on the lower side compared with others. Middle-aged male customers who aren’t observant didn’t notice lol. All the women had eyes that were like, “This person got double eyelid surgery, huh? lol” I don’t know whether the swelling was low because the line was thin to begin with, because of my tissue type, or because the surgery ended quickly, but anyway, the swelling went down fast, so I returned to daily life quickly. Honestly, if I hadn’t met people for a week, I think no one would have known I had double eyelid surgery I didn’t take any swelling pills, pumpkin juice, some kind of tea, or anything like that at all I kept going for walks. I went to large shopping malls or places like Lotte Mart and E-mart and walked around lol. They’re the best walking spots in summer I only did cold compresses until day 3, and after that I was too lazy, so I didn’t do either cold or warm compresses. I didn’t bruise either, so there was no real need I got the stitches removed on Friday. Someone like a nurse disinfected my eyes and snipped them with scissors I saw the director once, heard the explanation, and went home. No meetings after that Um.. Honestly, at this clinic, double eyelid surgery felt as simple as a procedure, and the recovery also felt too minor to call it surgery, so there weren’t any major problems. I had no pain after surgery either But there is 1 stitch at the outer corner of the eye, and until a day or two after removing the stitches, that area hurt a little when pressed. Everything else was fine The scabs all fell off on day 7 The eye changes were interesting, so I took photos every day. Please use them as reference There is about a 1 mm thickness difference between both eyes, but I don’t know if it’s swelling or if it just turned out this way. I’ll have to wait longer and see I already had double eyelid surgery knowing this degree of asymmetry could happen, so I didn’t get obsessive about it. I feel like double eyelid surgery is something you need to be a bit easygoing about to avoid getting mentally stressed Also, I didn’t do it thinking I’d become super pretty with double eyelids. I tended to open my eyes using my forehead, and if I didn’t use my forehead, my eyelids felt too heavy, so I did it to improve that, and my satisfaction is 100000% I want to wear makeup soon. My eyelashes that had been pressed down by my eyelid skin have lifted, so mascara will probably be fun~~ I just wrote whatever came to mind, so it may be all over the place...
