Nose Surgery Reviews

Posted for the public good… 8-month review after nose surgery

<Before nose surgery><Before nose surgery><After nose surgery><After nose surgery>This post is absolutely, absolutely not a post recommending surgery. And if I received anything like promotion or compensation for this, I’ll delete my account, poop my pants, take a photo with poop on me, and self-report it to places like Korean Harlem. That’s how much this is a precious, paid-with-my-own-money introduction to my fake nose. Ever since long ago, my hooked nose and low nasal tip were a huuuuge insecurity… Maybe it was a little crooked, because when photos were taken from the right there wasn’t much of a problem, but from the left, you could kind of tell my nasal tip was low. You’ll know if you look at the before photos… Ugh, I was drinking with classmates and said my nose bothered me, and they said, “00 would honestly look really pretty if only her nasal tip were higher,” so my obsession mode turned on and I searched for nose surgery like crazy. Then a ton of ads for Kozelko started popping up on Instagram. But they looked natural!!!! I had to do it without my mom and dad knowing, and a nose that’s like, boom!! super raised doesn’t suit me, because when I’m bare-faced, everyone says I look gentle enough to resemble an otter… Since I also had the money, I thought I should just get surgery and made a phone reservation without thinking. But they said if I did surgery + consultation right away, it would be possible in 2 weeks, while consultation only could take more than a month, so I just booked the surgery too. It was my first surgery, and going without even researching like this was honestly insane. As I said in other posts, you all… absolutely… should go around to lots of places for consultations before going. Anyway, on surgery day, I got on the bus with a nervous heart, ready to send off my real nose. I got off the red bus, went into the hospital, and they said I should do this and that, so I said OK. I thought about maybe putting in silicone too, but they said my nasal bridge wasn’t low, it was just a bit spread out, so osteotomy should be fine, and that silicone was absolutely not allowed, so I just listened to Father (my second father~~^^ thank you^^) So I had osteotomy + hooked nose correction + Kozelko, lay there for a while, and then left. Maybe I’m just suited to surgery, but I didn’t have side effects. Because bone was shaved, there was some swelling. For about two weeks, I had yellow bruises on my face. A drunk older man passing by even asked me if I’d been punched in the face;; lol… Well, I lived without thinking much about it, and now 8 months have passed. I also had breast surgery, and the boyfriend I met after surgery knew I had my breasts done but didn’t know I had my nose done (my boyfriend is such a sly girl~ that when he looks at women’s faces, he can tell whether one got non-incisional double eyelids and what another got done). People seeing me for the first time never know I had my nose done, and even people meeting me after a long time, if I don’t say anything, only say, hey, you got kind of prettier, what is it? Of course, this clinic pursues “naturalness,” so I think it matched the look I was going for. People who like glamorous results and think, since I’m spending money, I want it to be obvious!!!!! should probably look for another clinic. But I don’t regret getting it done here. 8 months have passed, and I don’t notice anything particular. Of course, all the photos are unedited. I didn’t use any filters or anything. If you have questions, ask!!!

This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
