The top one is before surgery. I originally had almost no nasal bridge, like the Manchurian plain in China. From the side, I liked that I had gained a nasal bridge, but it became crooked. (In the photo I posted above, the crookedness doesn’t show at all. Since the crookedness is a secondary issue, I didn’t post it..) But please take a look at how upturned it is. Is it very upturned? I had silicone + 3 layers of ear cartilage for the nasal tip + cartilage tying. In the photo on the right it doesn’t look that upturned, but why does the left look so upturned.. I’m already upset to death that it’s crooked, and since it looks upturned too, I’m completely upset -_ I know cartilage tying can make it a bit upturned, but..
