If I get nose surgery while removing the nose procedures I had done, is it primary surgery or revision surgery? Of course the nasal tip shape has dropped, and with the filler showing through, it looks spread out. It’s been a while since I had the procedures done, about 2 years..? If I book nose surgery, do they dissolve the nose filler first and then proceed with thread removal + nose surgery? I have both a hump nose and a bulbous nose, and the hump will probably get worse if the filler is dissolved.. I’m also curious about the interval between removing filler and doing the nose surgery. It’ll be my first time having open nose surgery, and I’m also curious how Lowell and Unique areㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
