I spent almost over a month researching on this site, asking people I know, going to consultations, and thinking about it a lot. Everyone said fat grafting does not even really count as surgery, so I thought it would be okay, but I was still really scared and worried. I finally made up my mind and had the surgery, despite strong opposition from my mom and my boyfriend. I had it done Thursday evening, so now it is day 3. I still had some filler left in my nose from 2 years ago, so originally I was going to get my forehead done and add fat only to the nasal bridge at the same time (my nasal tip is on the higher side, but my bridge is low). But on the day of surgery, in the end I could not get fat injected there and got an injection to dissolve the filler...ㅜㅜ Ah, I should have done everything at once when I was doing it. I am so scared that I have to do this again!!ㅜ First, I had a little injected into my forehead and the sunken areas under my cheekbones. They also injected the nasolabial fold area and the tip of my chin. After getting it in my chin tip, my face looks more oval-shaped and younger, so I was satisfied- But since I could not do my nose yet, only the area around my eyes looks deeply sunken.. so that bothers me a bit.. And it is probably because of swelling, but after putting it in the nasolabial fold area, talking and eating still feel awkward. Did this happen to others too? My nose also looks a bit like a pig nose.. And there is an uneven contour on the left edge of my forehead. Will it look natural once the swelling goes down? The right side was like that too, but it became smooth as the swelling went down. For all 3 days I slept sitting up and moved around a lot, so they say I do not have much swelling. But the left side of my forehead and my head have no sensation. The clinic says it is still numb because there is swelling.. Anyway, I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can smile brightly.. They said the fat on the inner thigh has a high survival rate, so they harvested it from there. I did not know it would be such a big surgery, but when I woke up, red disinfectant was applied all over everything from my hair down to my knees, so I could not wash for two days and it was so distressing. There are still ballpoint pen marks on my face, but they told me not to wash them off.. I am going to work tomorrow, so anyway I am worried. And the pharmacy gave me Terramycin ointment. When am I supposed to apply it? Also, around when will I be free to wear makeup and wash my face.,.?
