I visited about 8 clinics, and I’m torn between the final two. I wanted no implant, and the bridge of my nose near the glabella is very low. Some places said that if I want to raise the nasal bridge, I absolutely need silicone, or if I hate that no matter what, I should at least use dermis. Others said that if I want something natural from the start, it can be done with cartilage only, and there were many opinions like that. I narrowed it down to two, but I’m still unsure.. I have a hump, very little midface dimensionality, and I’m worried about a protruding mouth. The first can do it with septal cartilage + ear cartilage only. Just from looking at the reviews, it looked natural and I could tell exactly what the doctor’s aesthetic sense was like. But since it’s done with cartilage only, I’m worried it might be too natural, or if it gets absorbed a bit or droops later, it might sink again. The second uses septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage. When I said I didn’t like silicone, they said they would build the nasal bridge with cartilage, then use the remaining cartilage + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. At the other places I visited, they said my skin is thin and, considering my overall look, I probably wouldn’t need donated costal cartilage. I’m not considering dermis because many people say it gets absorbed later and creates a step-off, so I ruled out the places that said I needed dermis.. Between the first and second, which do you think would be better?
서채채 Between the two, which place did you like more in terms of aesthetic sense?
휘경동피주먹 If you do the nasal tip with only septal cartilage and ear cartilage, the change will probably be really minimal...
도미집 [@Seochaechai] In terms of aesthetic sense, honestly it was the first one. Definitely something natural.. But when I went to the second place, they showed me what it would look like both if only cartilage was used and if donated costal cartilage was used too. Comparing the two, the one using cartilage only really was very natural.. Even if I like it at first, thinking about cartilage absorption and drooping makes me worried.
도미집 [@Hwigyeongdongpijumeok] Do you recommend donated costal cartilage? Will the cartilage get absorbed later..?
휘경동피주먹 [@Domijip] Whatever the material is, I think it’s better to build the nasal bridge too..? My friend only did the nasal tip with autologous cartilage, and beyond just being natural, there was almost no before-and-after difference, so people around her teased her that it was a 500-won surgery
한겨링 Could you maybe tell me where it is???

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewAug 1 Obli community review
I liked that they clearly explained that things that can’t be done simply can’t be done. I also liked that they only use custom silicone. However, even though it would be my first surgery, the price is a bit high. But after surgery, I like
