1 Enlarged ID photo from about two weeks before surgery 2 There was no exact side-view photo from three years ago, so I uploaded a relatively side-view photo 3 Front view after surgery.... pathetic..... 4 Side view after surgery. I’m somewhat satisfied with the side view.... the front view is the biggest problem.... I had 4 mm silicone and septal surgery to lengthen the nose, and ear cartilage for the nostrils. I feel like I’m going crazy just looking at the front view.... First of all, my nose is definitely too big and too long I wanted it to be slim, but as you can see, it’s a complete boxy nose and clown nose.. The nostrils got even blunter too.. The side view is somewhat okay... but I’m not buying it just for the side view, and I didn’t have side-view surgery either.. How could the front look like this?? They say the outline will mostly show after a month, so does that mean the shape after a month will be my nose shape after the surgery? Is my condition at the stage where the swelling has come down a lot, or will it go down more? And the nostrils became uneven;; They got bigger too.. Do they get smaller again and return to place as the swelling goes down?? Most important question!!!! If the swelling goes down, does it become slimmer as it goes down, or just become smaller in size while keeping this shape?? I worked hard and spent a lot of money to become prettier, but when I only look at the front view I tear up.. My impression also became harsher.. Even the first friend I met in person today after the surgery admitted that the front view is honestly a little unnatural and doesn’t really suit my face.. Even my older sister said that just looking at the nose itself, it doesn’t seem like a pretty nose.. and only keeps telling me to wait longer... Even more and more and more stress...!!!!!!!! If I have a revision surgery, could it become slim? Am I maybe overreacting??,,,, Please give me an honest assessment!!
