I’m a 22-year-old woman lol Until I was 20, I really thought it was just baby fat lol I stuck to dieting, but seeing that my cheeks are still puffy at this age, I thought this is just fat lol So I had AccuSculpt on June 26, one week ago. Before getting AccuSculpt, I also searched a lot for reviews and was curious, but it seemed like there was less information than for other surgery reviews So I thought that after surgery, I would definitely post a review and help other people too lol First, after arriving at the clinic, I cleansed, changed into surgical clothes, and got an IV injection. Then I rested a bit, went into the operating room, and the doctor used a pen on my face to design where the needle would go in, how much should be removed, and things like that, and we communicated about it lol And I had sedation anesthesia. In case I moved while sleeping, they tied both my hands and feet, covered me with something like cloth so only my face peeked out.. And then sedation anesthesia started. My shoulders felt a bit stiff. Also, since facial fat is hard to grasp if you do it lying down, we did it while I was sitting lol At first I felt sleepy, but after a bit I woke up. But my mind was completely awake, while my body was asleep. Maybe because it was my first time having sedation anesthesia lol, it was fascinating. Um.. to compare it a bit more, it felt like when you’re extremely drunk and can’t control your body, that kind of feeling lolololololololololololololololololololololololololololol Anyway, something went into my face, my face was being squeezed. The music and the doctor talking, I could hear everything lol I also muttered a lot. “I really have a complex about my cheek fat... please do a good job...” Like that The surgery finished in almost 40~50 minutes, and they showed me my face in the mirror along with the fat that was removed. They say right after surgery it looks a bit reduced, but for me lol it looked even more swollen. Maybe because I had no makeup on Anyway, after surgery I did ice compresses in the recovery room, rested, and went home by bus But blood kept flowing from where the needle punctured, so I was embarrassed on the bus
On the first and second days, it just felt numb and I didn’t feel much, but on the third day... I woke up and thought someone had put rocks in my face
The cheek and jawline area was hard, something had clumped up, and it was puffy, so it felt like something was clumped together. So I diligently did ice compresses and took painkillers, antibiotics, and medicine. It was still very swollen on the 4th day, and on the 5th day I received radiofrequency aftercare, and as something loosened up, it hurt a lot for me ㅡㅡ... You know when you suddenly do a fitness test or exercise really hard, or when you do hundreds of squats from punishment, and the next day your thighs are so tight you can’t even go up and down stairs? It was that kind of pain, but on my face lol I couldn’t rub when cleansing, and it hurt when talking too It’s been one week now. The swelling has gone down a bit, but because I originally had a lot of fat, they said I need to wait 10 days lol I’m going on a trip with friends in a month, ah, the facial swelling needs to go down by then They said at least a month, so I just feel really hopeless. And my face is so puffy right now that it’s shaped like a snowman’s face. So my body also looks bulkier, and I feel like I got fatter As expected, I think your face needs to be V-line so that even if your body has some flesh, you still look slim. If you have fat on your face, everything looks fat ahh Anyway, it’s been 1 week, so I’ll post another review at 2 weeks. I hope this helped^^
