Last Monday, I had the nasal bridge silicone replaced with a thin one, raised the nasal tip, columella lowering, and had surgery. Today was the one-week mark, so I had the splint removed and the columella stitches taken out. I expected I would spiral mentally as soon as the splint came off, but I was surprised for now because there was less swelling than I expected. But compared to before surgery, the nasal tip does seem a bit higher and the columella seems to have come down, but if the swelling goes down more from here, I feel like it might look similar to before. Would you say this is really not much swelling?
