Revision surgery for fat repositioning on only one side May 2018, 1st surgery- When I smiled, the area under my aegyo-sal that used to be smooth became bulging, like another aegyo-sal October 2018, 2nd surgery- To get rid of the bulging shape, fat repositioning and orbital septum surgery were performed **Functional problems after the 2nd surgery** Excessive pressure and tightness under the eye, as if blood was not circulating 24-hour pain and pulling When I wake up in the morning, I wake up because the pressure under my eye is so uncomfortable Because the fat was forced downward and compressed, I cannot move my face comfortably, and looking straight ahead is uncomfortable When I smile, the orbicularis oculi muscle does not move comfortably; the under-eye area feels stuck together as if it has become stiff and clumped A stuffy feeling under the eye; it is so hard because it does not move freely When I smile, I cannot put strength into it, and the operated under-eye area is always contracted and tense, so even when I smile, no aegyo-sal forms. **External problems after the 2nd surgery** Asymmetry is a given because only one side was overoperated The operated side of my face became shorter horizontally and longer vertically When I smile, my face becomes distorted.
