<Breasts> 1. AB ㅡLarge hospital, pressures you to pay a deposit, long waiting time, director/consultant are kind, female director (large hospital, but only 1 breast doctor), consultation is thorough, review photos show pretty breast shapes but they feel firmer than what I want (could just be lighting and difference in timing after surgery), price is on the cheaper side based on the discounted rate. Found out through Instagram algorithm ads. It is not a hospital mainly focused on breasts. They said both dual-plane and subfascial are possible. They said both inframammary incision and transaxillary incision are possible. Since it was my first consultation, I said I felt burdened putting down a deposit right away, and they said they would specially make it cheaper at 100,000 won under the name of a provisional deposit, but that I had to pay now, so I impulsively did it. I felt like I decided too hastily, so I got a refund (they said the refund would take about a week, so I asked why because I was curious, but they just deposited the money right away without replying). 2. Ryan ㅡSingle-director clinic, no pressure to pay a deposit, long waiting time, director/consultant are kind, I liked the review photos, price seems similar to other hospitals, it was more expensive than the price I saw on BabiTalk or Gangnam Unni (they said it is because VAT was listed separately), similar to what I saw as the actual quote price in a community. Found out through their YouTube channel. Seems like a hospital that only does breasts. They said both dual-plane and subfascial are possible. They said both inframammary incision and transaxillary incision are possible. When I saw reviews in a community, I think I saw a footwork review saying aftercare was lacking because it is a small clinic, but when I went and asked, they said they provide unlimited breast ultrasound (not cancer screening, but checking implant condition) and scar laser treatment (I was told it differs by person, but treatment is needed for 2 years and it does not disappear completely). There was a no-recording sign on the table; surely their words will not change, rightㄷ ㄷ??? What I liked was that they can recommend a size that fits the overall frame. They measured my rib cage, shoulders, and pelvis. I saw in someone’s post another breast hospital that also measures pelvis size and looks a lot at body balance, so I plan to go for a consultation there too. I do not remember the name. I think I saved it. And lolololol they take photos of your whole body and then run a 3D postoperative simulation, and I liked this too. (It is a bit funny and embarrassing seeing myself with bigger breasts bouncing around naked...) Because when I tried implants inside my clothes during the consultation, around 300 cc felt slightly lacking, but in the simulation, in a naked state, they looked very big. It was something I had not thought of at all, but I think the difference between how it feels clothed and unclothed is also an important factor. +I plan to do more footwork. I think I need to visit at least 5 hospitals!!! ---------------- <Nose> Dr. Jin And Next (Lee Jae-soo) Dr. Romi Respect (Gong Jeong-sik) Nose Lab By Jun Rococo Each of the hospitals above had reasons for being put on my footwork candidate list, but I cannot remember;;; The criteria were single-director clinic / does a lot of revision surgery / a place an influencer whose nose shape I like said they went to, or a place rumored that way / makes a pretty nasolabial angle. But I cannot remember which candidate corresponds to which. Later, after I do consultations in person and more online research, I will share information. Among the nose hospitals, I have only gone for a consultation at Rococo so far. 1. Rococo ㅡSingle-director clinic, does a lot of revision surgery, I also had a consultation for quick cheekbone reduction, but they said quick cheekbone reduction alone would not have a big effect on my face shape, I found out after lurking on their blog and YouTube for a long time. I thought I had an upturned nose and went to the consultation thinking about costal cartilage and silicone, but they said mine is an easy nose that can be done with only ear cartilage and silicone by a closed approach, so I was kind of happy. The before-and-after photos felt a little glamorous, but they said a natural look would suit me, so I actually liked that. I like a plump columella, but while showing me virtual plastic surgery with Photoshop, they firmly said that kind of shape is not pretty. At that point, I felt like the director and I had slightly different tastes. And I asked because I also wanted nasolabial angle surgery, and they said it can be done, but their tone was like, “Is it really necessary?” so I felt here too that our tastes were slightly different. But then again, when I look at the before-and-after photos on the website, I think they are pretty. If I do it here, I think I would also do forehead + temple fat grafting together. I also asked about aegyo filler, and they told me to just live as I am. The fact that it is a hospital that does a lot of revision surgery + the fact that they seemed to recommend minimal surgery instead of all sorts of things made me feel there were few major concerns in terms of safety. (Though the nose is something where problems can happen even if a healthy person has surgery done well by a good doctor hahaㅠㅜ) And they said they do not offer review discounts, which made me trust them a bit more. (There was a discount when doing several areas together.) For my nose, I am going to do as much in-person and online research as possible, save up money, and do it carefully, so I will write another review post later! + Tell me what you think of my footwork candidates!!
