I had the buried suture method done 8 years ago, but as time passed, the lines on both sides became uneven, and I felt they were not the right lines for my eyes, so I was considering revision surgery. At the clinic, the director looked at the lines in detail, and especially in my case, said it would be good to do lower eyelid fat repositioning together with lateral and lower canthoplasty. Since I had already been considering lower eyelid fat repositioning, I think I was able to go ahead with the surgery right away without much hesitation! I was so glad that, while having revision surgery, I could also have epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, lower eyelid fat repositioning, and lateral and lower canthoplasty done together. Even though it was revision surgery, compared with my first surgery, I did not have much swelling, so I was able to return to daily life quickly. Since I had ptosis correction done as well, opening my eyes has become much more comfortable. People around me also say that my eyes definitely look more open than before and that it was a good decision to have the surgery again, so I really think I made the right choice having it done at the clinic hehe
