One year after fat grafting, I lay on the operating table again.. hehe I had magic zygoma surgery at 3 p.m. on Saturday~ It’s been two weeks since I started orthodontic treatment, and the cheek volume from the fat grafting dropped rapidly, making me look skeletal.. People around me opposed it, saying that if more time passes after starting orthodontics, my cheeks will lose even more volume, so doing magic zygoma now wouldn’t really be useful, but I went through with the surgery anyway~ It happened a bit suddenly, so everyone around me is surprised.. haha Maybe because of my constitution, I swell and bruise easily.. the bruising and swelling exceeded my expectations.... Right after surgery, it was bluish, and yesterday it was completely purple, so I almost couldn’t go to work ㅠ I at least covered it by applying concealer thickly lol In the photo it’s dark, so the bruising doesn’t show well, but it’s really severe ㅠ My cheeks are swollen like I’m holding candy in my mouth, and when I smile, it feels really tight.. I still feel hopeless about when all this swelling and bruising will go down ㅠ But even though it’s swollen, my cheekbones seem to have reduced a lot, so I’m satisfied lol The zygoma area felt hard, so I thought it was all bone, but it turns out it was soft tissue.. Anyway, I’ll post another review~ For reference, the pre-op photo was before orthodontics & when I had gained some weight, so my face also looks piggish lol And there was someone who commented that I seem like a broker, but since I’m not, I don’t care. However, if I see comments like that again, I absolutely won’t share any information~ It’s not like I have anything to lose~ hehe
