People often tell me that if it weren't for my nose, my image would look refined, but my nose was always the problem ;;;; I think the surgery went well.. My nose itself was wide, but after osteotomy it got narrower, and the uneven, bumpy area was shaved down a lot I was worried I might still look blunt after doing it, but it's okay ^^
