I had jaw and cheekbone surgery last December, so it has now been about 4 months. Because I was worried about possible sagging of the cheek fat, I had a scalp approach cheekbone surgery and lifting done together. They say the results differ at 6 months and again at 1 year, but as time passes, my feelings are changing more and more from dissatisfaction to satisfaction. After doing the jaw and cheekbones, I felt like the skin had sagged a little, but after more than 3 months it felt like it was reattaching, and it has become much tighter than before. The hair that fell out during the lifting and the raised-looking eyes have almost returned to their original positions. Especially because muscle elevation was done and the scalp was also cut, a long scar remained down the middle of my head, and a lot of hair fell out, so it was only barely covered when I tied my hair. But after 1 month, the hair stopped falling out, and after 3 months, hair started growing little by little, so now it does not show when I tie my hair and only shows slightly when I let it down. Those considering a lift probably do not need to worry too much about hair. According to the doctor, cheekbone surgery can cause cheek sagging, and he said he did all 4 things to prevent this. First, while doing the scalp approach cheekbone surgery, he fixed the bone slightly upward; second, he pulled the muscles upward and tied them; third, he also pulled the skin upward and tied it; and fourth, he added lifting as well. So he says the chance of sagging is almost none, but I am still a little worried. I cannot really tell right now, but who knows when I get older. In terms of effect, maybe because it is still only the 4th month, there is not much of a dramatic effect like celebrities have. I think that kind of effect usually comes a lot from chin deficiency surgery and protruding mouth surgery. Someone I know also had protruding mouth + chin deficiency surgery, and they look like the ultimate example of plastic surgery. But their face did not get that much smaller. Jaw and cheekbone surgery makes the facial line prettier and definitely makes the face smaller. Even before, my face was not really large, but after surgery I often hear that my face is as small as most celebrities'. The before-and-after effect is still at a level where people do not really notice. They just think I lost a lot of weight. That is how natural the surgery is. Instead, it does not really look obvious that I had plastic surgery. They say 6 months and 1 year are different again, so around then I will leave another detailed review. ~~^^
