병지병압 Among those, I think under-eye fat repositioning needs a bit more caution because they say fat can clump or there can be sagging... and there’s also the under-eye fullness issue... I also had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting under the eyes done together at ㅅKim, and I don’t think you need to worry much about the fat grafting side. For double eyelid surgery, the issue seems to be uneven lines or ending up with sausage eyes.
