Bulbous nose surgery~ Please tell me objectively

Hello, it has already been a full year since I had nose surgery. Ever since I was born, I had a large, wide... severe bulbous nose, and I was so stressed because of it... I decided to make up for that complex and got on the operating table. I uploaded many photos for an objective evaluation... If you look at my nose at the very beginning, you can tell... it really was a typical bulbous nose. My nasal bridge was high, but my nasal tip was really soft and wide. Maybe because of my nose, my other facial features also seemed buried, and I was often told I looked chubby and dull. I went to consultations at nearly 10 plastic surgery clinics around Seoul, Apgujeong, Cheongdam, and so on... I came to understand the surgical methods to some extent... But the doctors mostly seemed a bit reluctant about bulbous noses. They said it is hard to get a dramatic effect... On top of that, with a large nose like mine, they said they could create an effect that makes it look smaller, but they could not actually make the size itself smaller... But because I wanted to get as much effect as possible and get rid of the bulbous nose as much as possible... In my case, we decided on osteotomy + 1? 2? mm silicone for the nasal bridge + scraping out the surrounding tissue, with a semi-ski-slope shape, and gathering the nasal tip using septal cartilage. After the surgery, which took a full 3 hours or so... the next 2 weeks were truly terrifying. I am the type who swells very easily... My face swelled up so much that it was really unrecognizable. Sometimes when I see photos posted here by people saying they think they are too swollen and that the surgery went wrong, it almost makes me snort... I was so severely swollen that even the clinic was worried. But more than that, I kept thinking that my swollen nose would stay that way forever... Mentally, I was extremely depressed and anxious, so I did not meet friends, did not go outside... While I was hiding away like that, I lost about 5 kg... But as they say, time is medicine... The clinic did a lot of treatments to reduce swelling for me... and I did a lot of warm compresses too, and once exactly 2 weeks passed, the swelling went down as if it had been a lie. They said most people’s swelling goes down in less than a week..ㅠ.ㅠㅠ And after a month passed, as you can tell from the photos, the swelling between my eyebrows gradually came down.... Honestly, at the one-month mark, it looked the best to my eyes. And before I knew it, 1 year has passed like this..… Seeing the photos laid out like this, my nose really seems to have changed a lot over the past year. But I still think my bulbous nose changed more than I expected compared to before.... I was upset because, unexpectedly, my friends did not notice. Even after more than 2 weeks, I met a friend for the first time in a while, and they did not even realize my nose had changed... Rather, a lot of people asked me if I had facial contouring done....?? Still, I personally paid a lot of attention to my nose and spent a lot of money on it, but hearing so much that it looks the same as before... or similar... made me feel a bit hurt and disappointed…. People recognize it when they look at the side profile, but since my bulbous nose was mainly from the front, I feel like the effect looks much less noticeable from the front. Honestly, even now it is definitely not slim... but because I keep hearing that it looks the same as before... I have been thinking a lot about revision surgery lately. So after worrying about it... I am not the type to post things like this ㅠㅠㅠ but I do not really have anyone to discuss it with... I am posting this because I want to ask objectively what I should do. As I said before, I am the type who swells easily, so when my nose is very swollen in the morning, it really seems the same as before, and when the swelling goes down, it does seem like it has changed.... And when I had the osteotomy, the bone had been shaved smoothly, but recently it seems like the bone on the left side has grown??? Can a bone that was osteotomized grow back? ;;; If revision surgery would give me better results, of course I would want to do it, but they say the more you keep having nose surgery, the more scar tissue forms?? So I need opinions and advice from people who have had bulbous nose surgery. Lastly, thank you so much for reading this long post..... ^^ I really do not mind even if I get hurt, so please objectively tell me whether my current nose still looks like a severe bulbous nose, and whether the bulbous nose surgery turned out relatively well or whether I should have revision surgery ㅠㅠㅠ
