When I look at lower blepharoplasty reviews, there seem to be a lot of cases where the aegyo-sal disappears too. Is that common? The place I’m going to consult at supposedly honestly tells you that the under-eye wrinkles may become more noticeable too Are there many cases where the aegyo-sal disappears and wrinkles become more noticeable?

Seanday I recently got lower blepharoplasty, and at first I thought, did my aegyo-sal disappear?! But once the swelling went down, it came back.

학석박 I think it depends on the clinic. I do feel like my aegyo-sal is a bit gone, and my eyes became a little like an upside-down half-moon? The lower part looks straighter, so I’m a little disappointed. But mine was on the severe side, so even if I went back, I’d still do it…
dankbar I saw in some video that people mistake the protruding fat area for the aegyo-sal area, so it just feels that way relatively; supposedly the aegyo-sal doesn’t actually disappear.
가부가방 Huh, isn’t that not the case..? The places I consulted at said they don’t touch the aegyo-sal, and that they actually make it show better.. Both ㄷㅌㅂ and ㄷㄹ... As for wrinkles, I think it’s case by case and could be an elasticity issue.
아아름이 If the aegyo-sal disappears, it looks too flat.. Go somewhere that says they’ll preserve it.. Surgical methods differ by clinic, so it’s good to consult at a lot of places. I also went around to several places, and at 새ㄱ they preserved my aegyo-sal well during lower blepharoplasty. I did get micro fat grafting together too.
