About 40 days ago, I had osteotomy for a hump nose. But the problem is that the nasal dorsum became perfectly straight, but when viewed at 45 degrees, it still looks like a hump. It seems like they did osteotomy on the upper bridge of the nose but didn’t touch the sides, and even from the front, only the nasal dorsum looks wide. This is causing me a lot of stress... Also, the area at the nasal tip where ear cartilage was inserted is straight on the left side, but the right side is a little rounded.. It’s hard to explain in words. Anyway, the right nasal tip comes down in a straight line and then becomes rounded in a curve.. Can this be corrected too?? .. They lifted the nasal tip too much, so the alae are raised too much and the columella has come down a lot. I’m wondering whether this is swelling or whether it will keep being like this... I had the surgery for the purpose of correcting a hump nose. In this case, do I have to pay 100% of the revision surgery cost myself?? At the very least, I want to do something to both sides of the nose, whether osteotomy or shaving/grinding them down.. It’s also asymmetric, so when I take a photo from below, it just looks like a bumpy monster nose.. worse than before.. Please answer .. please..
