I was going to get lower blepharoplasty, but the director said my eyes seemed like the type that shouldn’t have lower blepharoplasty, and that if he performed the surgery he thought he would regret it, so he only recommended fat grafting, which I ended up doing. There wasn’t a dramatic change, but... I did think I probably would have regretted it if I had gotten lower blepharoplasty.
