I had a 30-minute consultation on August 2, 2025. I had previously consulted at Lian and Jena Plastic Surgery, and the directors there explained things kindly. But Director Jeong Seonghun was the opposite. He kept talking only about his own thoughts in the typical tone of an old-fashioned Gyeongsang-do man. Even when I asked questions, he said he would take care of all of that himself so I didn't need to know, so I couldn't ask the next question. He said no one was better than him at ptosis correction, and that no one explained things as well as he did, talking in a narcissistic(?) way. What upset me the most was when he told me to hold a mirror and open my eyes; when I raised my head more than the angle he wanted, he grabbed my head hard and shook it. No matter how skilled someone is, I did not want to receive surgery from someone with a blunt and coercive attitude. I went because the consultation reviews were good, but I wondered whether the director was in a bad mood that day and was especially harsh only to me,, The manager was really nice, but the director was disappointing. Still, regarding ptosis correction, he did seem to be an expert.
