I visited because they seem to do a lot of revision rhinoplasty and seem well known. The facilities are pleasant and good. They said that using only my nasal septum would not be ideal because it is deviated and probably wouldn’t provide much material, so they recommended using donated costal cartilage together. When the director consulted with me, he drew on my photos and said he could see how the image would improve, and he said he would make it natural so that the parts I was worried about would not occur, so I felt reassured.
