I had surgery using the nasal septum for the nasal tip. Right after surgery, I liked the shape, but not many days later, inflammation developed inside. So less than a week after surgery, they opened it again and irrigated it. During that process, it became lower than the height from the first surgery, to the point that there wasn’t much meaning in having had the surgery.. If there hadn’t been inflammation, it would have been a shape I could have been sufficiently satisfied with. I was disappointed, so I asked if I could have revision surgery, and they said they would do it while only charging the anesthesia fee. They are kind and explain things well, so it’s not that I don’t trust them, but having it done at the same hospital feels a little uncomfortable.. It’s unfortunate that inflammation occurred, but if that hadn’t happened, it probably would have been okay
