Before getting rhinoplasty, when I didn’t know anything, the director at the first hospital I went to didn’t say anything first and only asked what surgery I wanted. The problem there is that, for example, if you say you want alar reduction, they just tell you to do it. It feels like they make you take full responsibility yourself. The surgery reviews are good, but I thought that if the cosmetic surgery failed, I’d be stressed during the follow-up process afterward, so I ruled out that hospital.
