I’m planning to get a dramatic nose, but I don’t really like my nostrils showing, so I’m going to make them show less. During the consultation, the director recommended either silicone with ear cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, but I’m still thinking about it. I liked that the director spoke firmly and confidently. They seemed to understand the look I wanted well. I’m thinking of their extensive experience as an advantage. I’m going to think about it a bit more and decide within this week.
