At the consultation, they said I could reduce my nostrils as much as I wanted while looking in the mirror, but when it came time for surgery, they said it couldn’t be done. I clearly said twice during consultation that because the asymmetry was severe, I wanted one side lifted more, but they only made the asymmetry worse. And during consultation they said there would be no scar and that AS would be possible within 1 year, so I had the surgery. After I paid, their attitude changed. Even right after surgery, I could see that the nostril shape was different and the asymmetry was severe, so I explained it, and even the consultation manager said they could see it. They told me to come back in 6 months, so I went, and then they told me to come back in a month. I kept going every one or two months, but they kept telling me to wait for AS, and then after a year passed they said either pay for it or go somewhere else. If they didn’t want to do it, they should have just said so. They wasted both my time and money for half a year. They made so much scar tissue here that no other hospital will even take me for surgery....
