The consultation manager was very kind and provided a sincere consultation, but I felt that the consultation with the doctor who would perform the surgery lacked sincerity, so I did not want to have surgery at that hospital. Rather than saying they would just take care of the surgery well, it was very disappointing that the process of explaining what surgical approach would suit the patient was omitted. They ignored the patient's needs and even added areas I did not want, so it did not match the direction I wanted.
