After looking at the photos I wanted, maybe the director understood my needs, because he seemed confident, so the consultation ended very quickly. The result came out about 65% similar to the nose I wanted.. Also, a slightly pinched-looking line is visible under lighting, and there is a very slight step-off too. That does not mean it is a botched nose, but it did not come out the way I wanted, so I am going to have revision surgery. But he does seem skilled. The surgery time was short, no scar tissue formed, and the incision line is almost invisible. Oh, and he seems to like a high glabella area. I plan to lower the silicone later (2 months post-op)
