The consultation was done way too casually, they didn’t explain the surgical method, and after touching my eyes, they only told me whether it was possible or not. I showed photos of my original eyes, and they said it would become similar. They were only full of confidence, and overall the consultation was just really bad. It was very obvious they were busy, consulting roughly and trying to leave quickly. When I told them about the side effects I had after a previous lower lateral canthoplasty, they said, “Your eyes were probably originally like that.” In conclusion, the consultation was bad, but because so many people say they are good, I trusted that and booked surgery. They charged a 10,000 won consultation fee, and said the consultation fee would not be deducted from the surgery fee. They said consultation is consultation and surgery is surgery. But for charging 10,000 won, the consultation was seriously too rough. They didn’t even record anything in the chart. Also, even if you pay in cash, they won’t issue the cash receipt to the number I want. They said they only issue it to the mobile phone number of the actual person having surgery. This is also really annoying. What if a student gets surgery? They don’t earn money and don’t need an income tax deduction, but they still can’t issue the cash receipt under the guardian’s number. I’ve never had this happen elsewhere, only here. I don’t know about other hospitals, but this hospital has especially many perfect-score consultation reviews. Honestly, it doesn’t look good to me. My consultation was so bad. They only look at the size of the ㄷ shape and say if the ㄷ shape is severe, it’s an easy case, so have surgery; if the ㄷ shape isn’t severe, it’s difficult, so just don’t restore it and live with it.
