I just couldn't get satisfaction from filler, so I ended up looking into surgery. I was even more satisfied because they used a precise diagnosis through 3D CT to show and explain the internal structure of my nose intuitively. The surgical direction was to aim for a natural-yet-defined look with silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous cartilage for the nasal tip. I'm so satisfied that I feel like I wasted time wandering from procedure to procedure, and these days I live enjoying looking at my nose.
