I had my first surgery at Haneul Plastic Surgery, a large hospital in Seomyeon. I should have looked into factory-style clinics more carefully before going, but I didn’t know anything, so I had it done there. In conclusion, the nasal tip has drooped and is soft to the point that I wonder whether donor costal cartilage was even inserted into the tip, and the silicone in the nasal bridge was also placed incorrectly, so it became crooked and developed a step-off.
