I went for a nose revision surgery consultation. I hadn’t designated a director, and there was one person besides me at the clinic, but I still waited a bit. I had the consultation with the consultant first, and usually the doctor is the one who examines the nose with a cotton swab, but here the consultant did it, which I found odd. They asked about my previous hospital and asked about the price and materials. Then the doctor came into the consultation room pretty quickly, and as soon as he arrived he introduced himself as Kim Hyun-soo, asked various questions about the condition of my nose, touched it, and checked it. He seemed to look in detail, so that part was okay. But he mentioned contracture, which I hadn’t heard elsewhere, so when I asked about it, he told me not to ask him that. Aren’t you a doctor? His tone was too stiff, and I felt he was somewhat rude and arrogant. The consultant was kind, but the estimate was too expensive and I didn’t like the doctor’s attitude, so I didn’t make a reservation.
