The director seemed very firm about the direction he wanted and also very firm about the materials he wanted to use. And there was something like irritation in his tone, so I felt self-conscious asking questions… The consultant was calm, didn’t particularly pressure me about a deposit, and was fine. It felt slightly flashy, so I think I’ll consider the surgery more.
