The photos on the left are before surgery / the right is after surgery I only did the nasal tip (septal cartilage 2.5 mm) and had fat grafting to the forehead + chin tip Today is day 3 including the day of surgery But I heard the forehead swells a lot, so I was scared.. unlike what I feared, I have almost no swelling at all My pre-surgery nose actually wasn’t bad, so quite a few clinics told me not to get nose surgery, but because of greed I only did the nasal tip, with no other implant material at all I didn’t put anything in.. (I had only had osteotomy before, but doctors don’t notice it, pass..) I really like my nose line right now, but if the swelling goes down, won’t it become even lower.. For people who only did the nasal tip and people who did the forehead, can there also be this little swelling? I haven’t done ice packs even once And if the nasal tip is 2.5 mm, after all the swelling goes down, is it raised so little that it won’t show? I spent the money, so I don’t want it to be unnoticeable People who only did the nasal tip, please give me some info ~
