After functional rhinoplasty, my columella became depressed, so I received after-service correction, but it worsened again, and because of nasal tip drooping, I received after-service correction again. Maybe because he was the representative director, his attitude of trying to take responsibility without charging extra was good, but he kept talking as if my nose ending up that way was my responsibility. He didn't explain things like ways to improve it. The consultation manager was kind, but during consultation, the pressure to make a reservation was quite strong. After surgery, when I contacted them, they were still fairly responsive. It was good that they sought the director's opinion and replied. They seemed responsible. But I think the director's aesthetic sense is lacking. I'm dissatisfied because it didn't turn out harmoniously with my face. The columella scar also remains severely, so I'm very stressed. I'm disappointed because there was no mention at all about scar care.
