About 4 years ago, I had my hump shaved down, osteotomy, and nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage. I liked the shape best around 2-3 months after surgery, and since then my nasal tip has kept drooping, and I feel like the bulbous nose correction was not done properly either, so I am looking into revision surgery. I also had nostril/alar base reduction done at the same time, but the scar from the nostril reduction is much more visible and bothersome than the incision scar under the nose, so I think it would be good to either take good care of scar management after surgery or decide on nostril reduction carefully.
