It's been 6 years since my first surgery, but my nasal tip keeps drooping, and lately it looks like a snub-like tip, so I'm considering a revision. I'm debating whether to lift just the tip, or be a bit bold and raise the bridge too. For now, I think the revision should be done with rib cartilage. Please recommend a surgeon who has used donor rib cartilage a lot or who is good at harvesting autologous costal cartilage. I'm considering two places, and I plan to do a lot of shop-around for the revision.
나유리2 Yeah. If you're doing a revision, it's best to check many different hospitals. Which two are you looking at?

익명 Among the reviews posted here, I saw a nice autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty review, and they seem to make the nasal dorsum smaller too. But I’m not sure if it was actually a revision—check it once.

다다정정 People who do revisions because their tip has drooped usually use autologous costal cartilage quite a lot. In reviews too, there are some autologous rib cases, and also many cases of crooked or difficult noses.
