I'm 2 weeks post-double eyelid surgery. Should I have it undone..

Why does the front look more closed-off now..? I do think the top one looks prettier too..

The top one does look prettier, but I think you should wait until the swelling goes down first.

[@qmffnqpfl5959] Right..? First of all, the iris is a bit covered, and even if I open my eyes wide, the front of the double eyelid line and the height itself have changed, so it doesn't feel like my original eyes at all..

If more than 6 months pass, it doesn't stay thin like in the first photo. I was like that too, but now it's become completely thin, so I'm looking into a forehead lift.

[@코물냥] I had my first double eyelid surgery about 10 years ago, and now one side's line came undone and the other side kept appearing and disappearing, so they became uneven, which is why I had revision surgery,,!! They raised it about 1 mm from the original double eyelid line that had come undone, you know? I felt like I was losing my mind wondering whether it failed or what, so I dug through my computer and found photos from my double eyelid surgery 10 years ago lol and it was similar back then too.. So I talked with the clinic today and showed them photos from every angle, and the director said this is definitely swelling and told me to wait until one month, so I decided to wait.. Even just last night I was about to go get it undone right away lol hehe

[@꾸무] When I ask clinics about undoing it, they all give the same answer They say even if I undo it, it may not return to the original line. It’s uncertain,,, I wrote a super long explanation of my swelling management method, but it disappeared!! I’ll write it again Days 1-3 - While waiting for the eye wounds to heal, I kept reapplying ointment so it wouldn’t dry out, and did cold compresses every 1 hour. Day 4 - The eye wounds seemed healed enough that they wouldn’t open, so every hour I alternated cold/warm compresses for 10 minutes, and took all kinds of supplements/herbal medicine and anything that improves blood circulation. I used a leg massager once every hour to pump the blood in my legs upward. From day 5 onward~ - I did half-body baths for about 3 days in a row, and on day 10 I went to the clinic once to get a swelling laser treatment. After that, I did half-body baths once every other day. + I didn’t eat spicy or salty foods, and mostly ate foods with light seasoning. Now that it’s past week 2, I did eat mala Yupdduk and pizza once,, When morning swelling was severe, as soon as I opened my eyes I showered with warm water for 10 minutes / ice compress on the eyes!!
