Your eyes are quite narrow horizontally... I think lateral and lower canthoplasty will be the key.

You have a lot of fat above your eyes, so I think removing that and doing an in-out line would suit you well!!!!

This is subjective too, but I don’t think you necessarily need to do the double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty separately. Each director has a different aesthetic sense and perspective, so I think getting it from one person will make the eyes look harmonious overall,, And I think canthoplasty is definitely essential. Something too dramatic might not suit you, but I think an in-out line would suit you well!!

Hmm, I think in-out could be okay, but since your existing double eyelid line is already that way, it might not suit you a bit. If you’re going to do it, going all the way with a semi-out line might be okay too.

I think you’d need canthoplasty for it to become the glamorous in-out line you want? But your eyes themselves don’t seem like the type that wouldn’t suit it. I had surgery with Director Kim Tae-hyung at Miho for an in-out line. I did lateral and lower canthoplasty together too.

If you look only at the current state, glamorous in-out doesn’t seem like it would suit you, but if you do four-way canthoplasty widely and refreshingly, I think it could be okay. But you have to be careful with canthoplasty
