My first surgery was an incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty, but it came undone, so I had an AS revision with incisional ptosis correction. It did come undone again, but I didn’t want to touch it any more and I was busy, so I left it alone. Recently I got stressed about it and went back to the clinic. Since the AS period had passed, they quoted me 2 million won for a third revision. It really is a clinic that’s good at this, and there aren’t any major side-effect cases... Most of all, since the director did my surgery himself, I thought he might understand the problem better himself (he’s the type to readily acknowledge that it came undone), so I was thinking of doing it there, but 2 million feels a bit too much. When I tried looking for other clinics, even if having no major side-effect cases is impossible, there basically weren’t any places with 5 or fewer What would everyone do?
Epiphany Did the AS period pass because it came undone, but you didn’t want to touch it any more and you were busy, so you left it alone? Then I think you should pay the 2 million and do it there. I’m curious whether you had a detailed consultation and talked about why it came undone.
만별 [@Epiphany] That clinic pursues a natural look, so the fixation is lower than at other clinics + my eyes naturally come undone easily, so I think that’s why it came undone twice..
독운호 If it’s a third revision, other clinics will probably quote even more...?? If you liked the line there, wouldn’t it be okay to do it at the same place?
만별 [@] But since it came undone twice, I also keep thinking, what if I spend 2 million and it comes undone again?
독운호 [@만별] Then go around for consultations at other clinics! There are lots of places that can create a pretty line. But with an incision + third revision combination, I think you’ll need to be prepared for the cost to some extent. I heard many places charge over 2 million won even for a first-time incision
만별 [@] Right The reason I’m kind of hesitating about the 2 million is because it’s the clinic I originally had it done at.. If it were another clinic, 2 million for a third revision would be cheap…
얼굴형별론데눈코만해… If you had an incision plus ptosis correction and it still came undone twice, if it were me, I think I’d go somewhere else.
만별 [@얼굴형별론데눈코만해도될까] Right… I guess I should go around for consultations at different places. Thank you!!
