Before before after afterHello, somehow I’ve already entered my 3rd month after nose surgery.
Now it has settled so well that I can hardly even remember my pre-surgery nose.
When I breathe through my nose while exercising, I can feel air going in and out through both nostrils,
and even when running, I can breathe without breathing through my mouth. (They say mouth breathing scientifically makes you uglier! Let’s breathe through our noses!)
Most of all, now that my nose looks more defined, my face has more dimension, so no matter what hairstyle I try or even when I wear a hat, I no longer feel like I look strange and awkward like before.
Before, whatever I wore or whatever hairstyle I tried, I felt indifferent, avoided looking at myself in the mirror, and felt no excitement.
Now I look at myself in the mirror and think, what would suit my face better? I’ve started wanting to dress up and take care of myself.
Because of that, I naturally pay more attention to self-care. I’m living more brightly and energetically now.
There are some slight regrets. Since I only hear things like, “It looks so natural,” and “I didn’t know you had nose surgery,” I wonder if I should have asked for a more glamorous look.
Or, instead of doing it without an implant, since I was getting it done anyway, what if I had put in silicone? Just the rambling of a greedy human...
I really like being in a situation where I can have these greedy thoughts. It means I’m “full” enough to talk nonsense.
Even though I say this, if I went back to the past and stood in front of the director, I think I would say exactly the same thing as I did then.
“You’re someone who has seen thousands and tens of thousands of faces, so I think whatever shape or surgical method you suggest is definitely right.
Anyway, with my base, it’s not like you can perform magic without an implant, so please gather everything you can and build it up as fully as possible.”
The fact that this choice wasn’t wrong is proven by the reactions of people around me, who would never even dream that I had surgery unless I told them lololololol
Did you lose weight? Your impression looks so much brighter. You look more handsome. Something definitely changed, but whether that’s because of rhinoplasty?? lolololol
Even when I later reveal that I had nose surgery, they say no matter how much they look, they can’t tell I had surgery. There’s no artificial feeling at all, but my overall vibe changed completely.
It looks so natural. All the reactions are like this. If I had asked for a glamorous look, people probably would have said I got more handsome, but because it was obvious, “Did you get your nose done?”
There would have been a lot of reactions like that, right? Then I would have felt regret in that way too. Maybe I should have done it naturally... haha
3-line summary
1. At 3 months, it has settled well 2. What the director recommends is the right answer 3. I’m satisfied enough that I’m talking nonsense about wishing I had gone more glamorous
