3 months after jaw surgery.. asymmetry

It has been 3 months since my ear-behind jaw angle surgery. It feels like both sides of my jaw were shaved unevenly, so I went to the dentist and had a panoramic X-ray taken, and sure enough, they’re uneven.. On the X-ray, when I touch the bones, or when I look at them, both sides of the jaw are different. The right jaw has a slight angle, whereas the left jaw has no angle and just drops straight down. Even after the surgery, when the bandage was removed, the left jaw was severely lacking, so I asked about it, and I was told it was fine, but as expected, it ended up asymmetrical like this. Because the left side was shaved down too much, my jaw pulls when I eat or chew. The right side doesn’t do that... And I also had hearing loss in my left ear for about a week. Even when I looked at the bone fragments right after surgery, I thought the difference between the two sides was severe, but I waited, thinking the director would have handled it properly, and as expected... I have to live like this for the rest of my life now, so what am I supposed to do???? When I get older and my face loses more fat, the bone outline will look even more obvious.... It’s not like I can attach bone back on.. The hospital says they cut them differently because they took into account the different amounts of muscle and subcutaneous fat on each side of the jaw.. Is that really true? My muscles still haven’t built up much yet... If time passes, will more muscle attach to the left jaw??;;
