Even when I got to the clinic, I wasn’t that nervous and it didn’t feel real, but after they wiped off the anesthetic cream and I went into the operating room, the manager? turned on the light above the operating table. They said I had to bear it even if it was dazzling, because there was no other choiceㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It was seriously so bright. But during the surgery, the director’s face blocked it, so it didn’t interfere with opening and closing my eyes. First, before surgery, they tidied my hair and fixed it with something like a hairband so that not even a single baby hair would come out! Then I looked in the mirrorㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋha.. was my face like this? I felt a little sadㅠㅠ Then they rolled up my left calf and put something underneath. They explained it, but I don’t remember wellㅋㅋㅋㅋ They applied disinfectant to my face, but they put on so much that it all went into my mouthㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They told me not to touch my face and to call them when they said to, but I couldn’t even open my mouth, so I just ate itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ After they applied disinfectant to my face and I lay there for a few minutes, the director gave me anesthesia. Maybe because they had applied anesthetic cream, it was just a prick? about that much. For the epicanthoplasty, they injected anesthesia twice each time, and when they did the epicanthoplasty, I felt absolutely nothing on the right side, so I thought, oh, surgery is easy? But when they were suturing the left side, the anesthesia wore off, so I did it while cryingㅠㅠ After finishing the epicanthoplasty, they injected anesthesia twice again above each eye, made the double eyelid, and then did the ptosis correction. I don’t know anything about the surgical method, but I heard a lot of burning soundsㅎㅎㅎ But before even an hour had passed, the anesthesia in both eyes kept wearing off, so during the procedure they injected two more times on each sideㅠㅠ I guess my body doesn’t respond well to anesthesia. Even after that many injections, it wore off again, so I kept enduring it. While having surgery, I really only kept thinking, ah, I should never get plastic surgery again... I should just live with the face I was born withㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ All parts of the surgery hurt for me, so I can’t say which moment hurt the most. If I had to choose, when they cut the muscle? it hurt really, really badly. I thought I was going to dieㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Maybe because the surgery was like that, the swelling is so severe now. The sausage swelling is bigger than my eyes..... I also have bruisingㅜㅜ Oh, and the epicanthoplasty area hurts so much, and because of the sausage swelling I can’t even open my eyes properly. They say that after ptosis correction, even if it hurts, you should practice opening your eyes properly, but it hurts too much, so I can’t do itㅠㅠ I don’t know when the swelling will go down, but once it goes down a lot, I’ll definitely upload photos~~ㅎㅎ Question!) Everyone, when the sausage swelling gets big after surgery, do the eyes normally get smaller? I had ptosis correction, but my eyes are so small that I can’t really tell whether this is after ptosis correction or just my original eyesㅜㅜ!
