It's almost been 4 months since my nasal tip removal..

I'm writing a post after a long time. It's the end of the year, and there are many things to do.. As I've been living busily, I found myself doing other things during the time I would have been thinking about my nose. In about ten days, it will be 4 months since removal. From around 3 months, my nose didn't suddenly look extremely unnatural, but scar tissue filled inside my nose, making it plump, and my nasal tip got bigger, so I worried a lot. Whenever I looked in the mirror, I often thought I should try a scar tissue injection around Christmas.. The nasal tip is still much bigger than my old nose.. There is also some scar tissue above the nasal ala, but scar tissue formed on both sides of the nasal ala, so the boundary between the nasal ala and the nostril wing became less defined, and overall it looks rounder and bigger.. I read posts from people who said scar tissue injections worked for them and thought countless times about whether to get one, but Maybe said it would gradually get smaller, so I'm trying to steady myself and watch it.. I'll wait until February.. That will be the 6-month point, and then I'm going to decide whether to get a scar tissue injection.. And before, I said that when I went out in the cold, my nose felt very tight and like it was curling inward, but that seems to have gotten a bit better. When I wake up in the morning, it's still swollen and tight.. Especially these days, it's very dry. When I wake up, it's tight, and on top of that my nose is dry and blocked, so I have to clean my nose while washing my face for it to feel clear. Inside my left nostril, the scar tissue has almost disappeared, but inside my right nostril, scar tissue is still protruding, so the right nostril is smaller. It's also uncomfortable to clean my nose.. When will this disappear.. The ear where cartilage was taken from is still uncomfortable too.. That's how it is. The upturned nose.. and the change in shape seem to have eased a lot now. It's just that scar tissue attached, so the nose shape looks a little different, but I think that's because of where the scar tissue is. What bothers me most is that the nasal tip size got bigger, and I'm concerned about the scar tissue inside the right nostril. Maybe because of this, the right nostril became smaller and noticeably uneven, which is also upsetting.. That's how I feel. I came in after a long time, and I was curious how the people I used to exchange messages with after removal were doing, and I also wanted to update you on how I'm doing, so I'm writing this post..
